Joseph is passionate about restructuring beekeeping and honey industry in Tanzania, building honey supply chain by working with rural communities especially smallholder farmers and traditional beekeepers. His mission and focus is to see majority of smallholder farmers and traditional beekeepers turn their beekeeping activities into viable businesses.
